Problem Statement:
The finance company faced challenges in delivering a seamless user experience to their clients. Their existing dashboard was cluttered, lacked intuitive navigation, and failed to present financial data in a user-friendly manner. Additionally, clients often experienced delays in receiving support due to the absence of real-time assistance tools, leading to dissatisfaction and a drop in engagement.
Objective:
The primary goal was to create an intuitive dashboard that clearly displays key financial metrics while integrating a chatbot for real-time assistance. My role involved conceptualizing and executing all design elements, including screen layouts and animations, while maintaining the company's branding and usability standards.
